We specialize in getting you fit, happy, healthy, and having lots of FUN while doing it. No contracts or commitments, take a single class or purchase a class package it is totally up to you. Our classes are small, intimate, and not intimidating.

Heather has been Belly Dancing since 2002. She is a Certified Pole Dance Fitness Instructor since 2009 and has been Pole Dancing since 2007. Heather has been teaching Burlesque, Aerial Hammocks, Lyra and Pole Silks since 2014.
